Dear U.S. colleagues

I am trying to find a photographer called Max Aguillera-Hellweg who
apparently lives in California.  I can't find him on the internet nor am I
getting a response from his publishers.
Max took the photographs for a book on contemporary surgical photography
called "The Sacred Heart".
If any of you know him and could give me his contact details, or could look
up his phone number in the Cal. phone book, I will be eternally grateful.
It can be hard tracking people down from Australia!
