All, I'm in possession of a brittle star that is desiccated sufficiently (no rotting smell!) that I would like to display it in our classification discovery drawers. It will not be handled and will be secured under a plexiglass lid. This brittle star is very, very brittle indeed and although it's not a museum quality specimen it is the best I've had so far. Can anyone recommend a non-toxic method for preserving this specimen? TIA! Rhea Tannenbaum Exhibits Coordinator Gumbo Limbo Nature Center Boca Raton, FL [log in to unmask] ____ RheaT
