Indianapolis metro area has 24 museums, the largest children's museum in
the country, a fine art museum that has an enormous endowment, and one of
the premier living history museums in the US. Indianapolis also has a
vibrant economy and has one awards for it's extremely clean environment.
Whoever distains an opportunity to get a foot in the door of a fine and
well supported institution like the Indiana Historical Society which is
situated in a city large enough to give that much to cultural institutions
without the big city neurosis and filth is an utter idiot!
