Unionize...hum.  I'll have to think that one over.  However, I
    believe that we are all on to something important, and that is
    that we are beginning to ask questions.  One person asked how we
    can pull together.  I think one way we can pull together is to
    begin to gently but firmly put pressure on museums to raise wages.
    It's going to be a slow process, but we can all take part by
    simply making our opinions known.  Next time you see a position
    announced with a low wage offered, why not pick up the phone or
    write a letter asking the director or board to please make an
    effort to raise the salary?  Just think, if a director got 100
    such letters (all politely written), it just might cause them to
    look at the issue and take action.
