I have tried looking up the address of the NSF in the government manual,
but once I mailed an information request I received that the address is no
longer good and forwarding has expired.  The (now incorrect) address I
have is:

Washington, DC 20550

I am a student and requesting budgetary information plus some policy
information.  I was hoping to write them for information but I need a
