WHY WE HAVE DROUGHTS (Spelling error?). THE PICTURE OF THE WATER CYCLE FROM
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SEEMED TO IMPLY THAT WATER GOES AROUND AND AROUND. WHEN
WE HAVE A DRAUGHT WHAT HAPPENED TO IT? IS SOMEONE ELSE GETTING OUR RAIN?

TELL PEOPLE WHERE THE STREET TRASH GOES. AS A RIVER USER HERE IN
PHILADELPHIA I GETTING HOPPING MAD WHEN PEOPLE USE THE SEWER AS THEIR TRASH
CAN AND IT ENDS UP NEXT TO BOATS OUT IN THE RIVER-CANS, ANIMAL WASTE...FOR
SOME REASON PEOPLE JUST SEEM TO THINK IT GOES AWAY.
