Sheryl, Tony, Sherry: I use Access for a social/industrial history research
project that currently has 1000+ entries. The data entry format was set up
as a spreadsheet and is extremely easy to use. ( I generally have trouble
with databases) A variety of reports have been developed and provide great
statistical info. Also, the query feature for quick data info is easy to
use and very helpful. I'm a slow learner married to a fast learner (a bad
combination) but we both really like Access. My husband uses Access at work
for governmental reports and statistics. It has a lot of flexibility. Are
you interested in actually getting specific reports from your data? I have
never used or even heard of Procite, so can't do a comparison for you.
Could you post more info on Procite please?
