Documentation Coordinator
Office of Collections Information Management

Assist as directed in a wide variety of activities as a
museum-wide database of object information is developed and
maintained. Responsible for office management, coordination and
scheduling all clerical and data-entry activities. Good people
skills necessary as successful candidate will implement staff
training programs and be responsible for resolution of
discrepancies resulting from automation of existing records and
data entry. Requires a bachelor's degree, office management
skills, and experience in museum registration or collections
management.
