Am posting this again, since I don't think my last post made it to the
list.......sorry in advance if it is doubleposted.

Am looking for museums that have foodservice establishments and want to find
out the advantages/disadvantages of having them.  Also, who is operating the
foodservice portion of your museum and if it is a lease/concession, I would be
 interested in receiving copies of the agreements.
