We are not only dismayed but shocked by the recent
"How to Win a GOS Grant (Get your share of 22 million
dollars)" posting by Reed Public Policy, Inc.
 
   1) What kind of an organization posts such a blatant
commercial message on the network?
 
   2) What kind of an organization so widely publicizes
their own conflict of interest?  ("The government hired
us to evaluate GOS.  We developed the new two-year
GOS grant, and the new GOS final report for the
government.")
 
   3) What kind of an organization engages in false
advertising?  "We guarantee you will win a grant."
Returning the book's purchase price is NOT a guarantee
of winning a grant.
