Hello, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share a copy of their deaccession letter with me. Not the form, the letter you send to the donor letting them know that their item is being deaccessioned and asking them if they want it back. We recently started implimenting our deaccession policy and I am having trouble drafting a clear, concise, and polite way to tell people that we don't want their stuff anymore. Thanks for any suggestions. -Cass _________________________________________________________________ A new home for Mom, no cleanup required.
