Several Pacific Northwest museum professional will be making presentations at LET'S EAT! A HISTORY OF FOOD AND FOODWAYS IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST March 2-3 at the Museum of History and Industry in Seattle, WA. Curator Janet Oakley ( Skagit County Historical Museum), Director Clark McAbee ( Morton Train Depot), Education Curator Mike McGuire ( Ft. Nisqually),  Richard Engeman, former public historian at the Oregon Historical Society and others will all  interpret local history through food.

Name of Exhibit: Key Ingredients: America by Food 

Key Ingredients is designed for small museums and cultural institutions in rural areas. This free-standing exhibit will feature audio, video and interactive components, banners and artifacts mounted in cases. It requires at least 9 ft high ceilings and a minimum of 1000 sq. ft.
