A HISTORY OF FOOD AND FOODWAYS IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST March 2-3 at the Museum of History and Industry in Seattle, WA. Curator Janet Oakley ( Skagit County Historical Museum), Director Clark McAbee ( Morton Train Depot), Education Curator Mike McGuire ( Ft. Nisqually), Richard Engeman, former public historian at the Oregon Historical Society and others will all interpret local history through food.
