Launch Pad, our most popular hands on gallery, has inspired children, families and teachers for over 20 years. We are now embarking on a major redevelopment that will enlarge and improve Launch Pad. Fifty new interactive exhibits will be created to appeal to a wider audience and will be linked to the Science Museum’s collections. In addition to the gallery a new interactive website and programme of outreach activities for schools will take Launch Pad into homes and classrooms throughout the UK. The Exhibit Contracts Assistant will have an understanding of interactive exhibit development processes and experience of administering a number of contracts simultaneously. The post holder will administer up to half of the new Launch Pad exhibit contracts ensuring that the interactive exhibits are delivered on time, to budget and meet the standards and aspirations of the Museum.
