The City of El Paso Museums and Cultural Affairs Department is seeking a Lead Planner to implement and manage the historic preservation office for the City of El Paso.  The historic preservation office is responsible for coordinating the historic preservation program with the Historic Landmark Commission, for the development and designation of historic districts, processing applications to rehabilitate/restore historic property, developing and implementing historic preservation incentive and advocacy programs, partnering with local, state and national historic preservations organizations and fund identification.
