Hi,
I would like to ask peoples advice about taking high quality photos of some polychaetes. Obviously its not a good idea to take photos of specimens dyed with Rose Bengal, specimens fixed in formalin would be better but they are 'bleached' and don't represent their true colour. Live specimens would naturally be best. What would be your advice on trying to keep them alive (and whole), from taking a benthic core to getting the specimens back to the lab?
Any info appreciated
Cheers
Nathan
