We have study-storage areas that were designed in the late 70s. We are looking at ways we could update and improve upon the current format. Our goal is to make the unstaffed experience more interactive so we're looking at breaking up the flat glass wall with drawers, etc. If you have design advice, please reply to the list. Thank you. We (a small liberal arts college) are planning on making some of the objects in our ethnographic and Asian art collections accessible in a study storage format. I'm seeking information, guidance and suggestions regarding design, pros and cons, flooring, policies, etc, particularly from those who work in a university environment. If you are able to help, can you please contact me directly, off the list?
