Job vacancy: 

Collections Manager, Los Angeles County Museum of Art,

full-time temporary position effective immediately to July 1, 2004.

 

Responsibilities:  Storage monitoring and upgrades; handling and archival re-housing of artworks, especially prints and drawings; inventory; marking; storage planning and budget administration, object movement and uncrating.

 

Detail oriented person with hands-on experience in museum collections management.  To work in a department of three, as a team as well as independently.
