Hi all: A collegue who has been lurking on the list sent me the question posed below. She is with a new museum group in a neighboring community which has its charter but does not yet have a functioning site for their local history museum. The form book she is referencing is the Form Book established by the Texas Association of Museums. The group she's a part of has been given an historic building, but it needs roof, floor, and remodeling before they can consider exhibits. As a result they are trying to raise funds for the building they must do. Can you help her with her question? Please reply on list because I might have such a need in the future also. The owner has given permission for them to be used in any way as a fundraiser. Is there a release form in your "form-book" to cover this situation? I'd hate to have to compose one from scratch but feel we need to get this documented to save possible problems later down the road. ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the internet in years - Juno SpeedBand!
