Hello all!
This may be a little late in coming, but here goes. My suggesstion for a
tool to evaluate programs is a book by David Dean called Museum Exhibition.
He teaches an Interpretation and Communication class in the Museum Science
program at Texas Tech University and is assistant director at the Museum of
Texas Tech University. The book talks mainly about exhibition planning,
structure, and evaluation but can be applied to education and interpretive
programs rather easily. I believe that there is a sample evaluation form in
the book as well as examples of other such forms. I know that this book can
be found on amazon.com. I hope this helps.
