Museum Division, State Historical Society of Wisconsin (Madison) seeks experienced, professional curator to be responsible for collection, care, and interpretation of fine and decorative arts and objects documenting domestic life. Appointee will be expected to research and develop exhibits on a variety of topics in Wisconsin and American history. Ideal candidate will have: M.A. in American history, American Studies, or related discipline; formal training in museum studies; three years professional museum experience in curation of historical collections; demonstrated scholarship in research and interpretation of history and material culture, including museum exhibits.
