Perhaps your best decisions on policy can be made after you speak with your
insurance representative. All drivers should be listed on your insurance. As
for being responsible for the van, if it's use is not dedicated to a
specific program, probably your financial officer or whoever keeps track of
your records and pays your bills. Do not overlook considering the potential
use of transporting people. Laws are different in different states but a
special license may be necessary for the driver and special clauses on your
insurance.

When someone wants to use the van that we share, that person checks with the
person who is responsible for the van (the more ahead of time the better) to
see if it is available and reserves it for a day or time.
