Check out the websites for Indiana University's Oral History Program -- you
can find it via the Indiana University Home Page, Department of History, etc.

Also, look at UNC - Chapel Hill.   Dr. Jackie Hill and the folks at the
Southern Oral History Project have lots of useful forms and information for
doing oral history online at the University of North Carolina website.
