This particular issue of Daedalus is vol. 128, no. 3 (summer 1999) a
publication of the Proceedings of the American Academy of Arts and
Sciences. You can contact them at the Daedalus Business office, 136
Irving Street, Suite 100, Cambridge, MA 02138. I don't know about a
website but you could order a copy or get one on interlibrary loan.
