I am a member of the Board of Trustees for the Rock County Historical Society in Janesville (southern), Wisconsin.  We are thinking of hiring a professional fund raiser for a capital campaign.  First, does anyone have any names or recommendations for fund raisers in Wisconsin or northern Illinois?  Second, do you have ideas for evaluating fund raisers?  Third, any ideas for fund-raising campaigns?
