I would be very interested in this info -- and in policies and procedures
for document management.

What sorts of documentation (about exhibits, programs, etc.) do you save,
and for how long?

Does each department manage their own resources, or is there an
institutional system?

Currently, we are assessing what we have -- primarily to ensure proper
storage and retention. We would be very interested in knowing what others
do.
