We keep the original deeds and a copy of each in a separate donor file along
with all our other catalog worksheets and computer discs in fireproof filing
cabinets that are locked each night. Only a few people have keys to the
cabinets. We don't keep copies off-site except for the negatives of our
artifact photos.
