There is a series of books called "Foxfire" that are oral histories of
appalachia by high school students. There is also a "Foxfire" magazine.
You can find these books at any large bookstore. Just ask a clerk where the
"foxfire series" is kept. They probably know what you're talking about. It
seems to be a pretty popular series of books.
