We've made audio exhibits such as this using a small single chip board that
we produce. It can hold up to 2 mins in recorded audio. The audio is easily
changed but doesn't get lost when the power is off. Audio quality is pretty
good. This can be interfaced to button input for a true/false quiz and
provided with a simple housing for the price range mentioned.
