Good afternoon,

I usually am one of the quiet members of this list, but I
need some advice.  I am on a team creating a guided
interpretive tour of Union Station in Kansas City, Missouri.
This tour is an additional fee using costumed interactors.
The situation we are confronted with is how do you keep
people who haven't paid for the tour from joining and what
methods can we use to easily identify tour members in a
crowd.

I searched the archives and didn't find anything that fit
our needs.  Several options have been thrown out, but we
really want input from other institutions that have
successfully dealt with this type of tour.  Feel free to
