As one who actually enjoys reading a brief (BRIEF) resume of someone seeking
a museum job, I wonder if a compromise isn't possible. We're a small museum
in the mountains of southwestern Virginia. On occasion we need (and can
afford) an additional professional employee who's willing to go into the
boondocks and get started on a career. These are grant-funded projects.
Recruiting anyone within an hour's drive who has the necessary skills and
attitude is virtually impossible. Can two-paragraph resume summaries be
helpful to all concerned?
