Hi, all.
I haven't been on for a while, but recall that before Christmas there was
some discussion about art mentioned in music. At the campus radio station I
volunteer at we got in a CD by Nando Michelin Quintet featuring Jerry
Bergonzi. It is called, simply, "Art," and song titles include "Juan Gris,"
"Paul Gauguin," "Marc Chagall," "Joan Miro," "Henri Matisse," Picasso in
blue," and "Vassily Kandinsky." The liner notes also link Michelin's ideas
in music to visual arts. Sorry if there is any duplication with this.
Just a note.
