For several years I've taught programs with dancers and middle school
museum apprentices that combine the teaching of design with dance and
art. For my sculpture students this is combined with a curriculum that
uses sculpture to teach a multi-disciplinary curriculum to the middle
school. We deal with musicians such as John Cage, dancers like Eiko and
Koma and art from Brancusi forward.

Dear Ari,
The museum I directed a few years back hosted a workshop combining
Chinese calligraphy and Chinese dance. Over 250 Fifth graders from 5
urban shcools participated (99% African American children) because NJ
5th graders study world cultures. It was an amazing success. If you
would like more info, let me know.
