Why not scrutinize the existing museum education programs such as
Bank Street and GWU's MAT and William and Mary? Maybe they are doing
more than we know about, or urge them to offer more in informal
education...seems more practical and logical than starting expensive
new programs. Perhaps other museum studies programs could add components
to emphasize informal education. There are bases out there to work from.
