The Rights and Reproduction Information Network (RARIN) website has doubled
in size and been slightly reorganized.  Take particular note of the section
called "Survey, Samples and Shortcuts" where very useful models for
agreements, licenses and permits have been added.   There are also more
links to rights and repro pages at different museum websites.
