You are all correct. I like to see the job postings, and I have taken
advantage of dropping a couple of them on the list. And I have also
replied directly to those seeking advice regarding employment. When I
have time. When I don't have time, I use the delete key
indiscriminately. I don't care to see someone's resume but that just
takes me another second or two to hit the delete key, so as Patti from
Quebec says, no big deal. I do want to see people drop a line or two
about their interest in finding a job though; who knows, I may want to
hire him/her, and if so, I can reply directly and ask for a resume.
