Dear list members

We are at the moment developing new marketing strategies for the Museum of Communication in Bern, Switzerland. Talking to marketing specialists from other fields, the question came up, if other museums have ever considered using - or did actually use - telephonemarketing as part of their marketing strategies. Since direct-marketing becomes increasingly important also for museums, it might be interesting to evaluate all possible strategies.

Are there any experiences around in that field? Would anyone share them with us? You can reply to the list or directly if you prefer.

Thanks!

Thomas D. Meier
