Another issue to consider is that many list members will not receive an
attachment at all, due to the format in which they receive e-mail, their
software, their settings, etc. The standard digest version of the
message in question (as I received it) consisted of more than 9,000
lines of "0DYSBjbGFzcyBBCm1pc2RlbWVhbm9yLgoKIC". If there was any
information in the file that I would have found valuable, I'll never
know.
