Greetings, all.
I am currently doing some research on the issue of corporate sponsorship and
intellectual freedom in museums and other cultural institutions. I would
really like to hear from you if your institution has a position paper or
policy that addresses the issue, or if you have confronted the issue
first-hand. For example, has someone in your institution tried "marketing"
the right to participate in the development of exhibits, advise/approve
editorial content, review/approve exhibit text, influence the selection of
artifacts, et cetera? Have you personally had to deal with the fallout?
