Surrey museums are, like many, facing the challenge of swiftly running
out of storage space for archaeological collections.

The museums in Surrey which store archaeology are a mixture of local
authority and independent trust funded (but again, the local authority
is usually the body which provides the costs of storage).

Has anyone found another source of funding? I would be particularly
interested in hearing from anyone who has secured developer funding
through the planning process (in England or Wales), but any ideas
welcome!
