Newseum/NY, a photojournalism gallery and media conference center in midtown
Manhattan, will host a public forum on Friday, October 1 at 12:30 PM about
the controvery surrounding "Sensation", the Brooklyn Museum's forthcoming
art exhibition.
The program format is designed for the public to speak out its opinions on
the issues behind this news story-- art, government, free expression and the
first amendment. Representatives from media, church, museum and civic
associations will be on hand to present their views.
