JOB OPPORTUNITY:
Artnews Magazine is looking for an editorial assistant. The job duties
include assisting the Executive Editor with research, fact-checking,
writer correspondence, and general departmental administration. The
position also involves assisting the Managing Editor with circulating
the galleys, checking corrections, and updating editorial schedules.
Must have some art background, be meticulous, organized, able to work
with tight deadlines and diverse personalities, and be comfortable
fielding telephone calls.
