I would suggest that you check out the following two web sites:

Both sites will provide you with lots of information about NAGPRA
including summaries of past Review Committee meetings.
Also, I suggest checking out the book The New Registration Methods (I
think that's the title!). NPS NAGPRA staff contributed an article
called "Complying with NAGPRA: The Registrar's Role."
