This is being cross-posted to ARLIS-L and MUSEUM-L: Please excuse any
duplication. PLEASE respond to the author of this message, not the listserv.
I will be teaching a course in Art/Museum Librarianship at The Catholic
University of America's School of Library and Information Science this
summer.
One of the student assignments will be to interview an art/museum
librarian. Though I have a number of librarians in the Washington area
lined up as potential interviewees for this project, I would like to
include others from outside the immediate area. If you are an art or
museum librarian (or for the MUSEUM-L community, someone who supervises a
museum librarian or works in a museum archive) and would be willing to be
interviewed (by email) for this class project, please send me your name,
email and institution. I would particularly like to have representation
by those who work in smaller museum settings (house museums, historical
societies, etc.).
I will compile a list of potential interviewees to distribute (on paper)
to the class. A preliminary syllabus is on the WWW (if you're
interested) at http://www.cua.edu/~kalfatovic/lsc843mk.htm. Thanks in
advance
