Square foot cost will vary substantially depending on the specifics
of the design. The top end is probably around $400 per square foot
plus as much as 25% of the total for design and mangement fees. This
would buy lots of interactives and very high quality throughout.
Most exhibits don't run this high. Yours might be in the $200 to
$300 per square foot range.
Good luck!
