I think the area you are referring to is the 18th and Vine District in Kansas City, Missouri. Here is the web address for the Jazz Museum as well as
the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. The area is part of a cultural district developed under our previous mayor Emanual Cleaver. Both are worth
