We were experiencing the same situation at the place I am working now when
someone suggested putting a fan in the room. Now, we have no spikes in
either temperature or humidity except when the door to the room is open
for longer than a few minutes. Not to mention, that we've also been able
to decrease our use of the dehumidifier. Hope this helps!
