For some time, Friedrich Waidacher of Graz, Jan Sas of Amsterdam and I have
published a large on-line bibliography on evaluation, visitor studies,
market research and performance measurement in heritage institutions. You
can access the files at the Canadian War Museum website
(www.civilization.ca/cwm/cwmreeng.html), with introductions in English,
French and German.

I am adding a number of recent citations to the bibliography next week. If
you wish to suggest citations for inclusion, please send them to me not
later than 15 September.

Material in ANY language is welcome.

I will post an advisory when the revised files are up and running.
