I hope it is ok to ask two seperate questions.
1. We need to develop policies...especially financial. I have not been able
to find any publications that have guidelines or samples. If anyone is
willing to share what they feel are the most important policies to get in
place it would be appreciated.
Also are there any publications that have basic museum policies?

2. We have a college that is willing to develop a partnership where they
would help with exhibits, etc.? Is anyone doing this type of thing with a
college in there area and do you have any guidlines/agreements that you
use?  If so, how did you go about setting them up? It appears we may have a
wonderful opportunity here but we both feel it is important to find out how
other successful partnerships work.
