NCPTT's Web site <www.ncptt.nps.gov> has a searchable database of Internet
resources (Preservation Internet Resources) that includes listservs. The
direct URL is <www.ncptt.nps.gov/pir>. I know of at least one list for each
of the topics - ARCHIVES and Conservation OnLine. You can get the addresses
and subscription information from NCPTT's database.
