Well there ya go!  I didn't realize that the UV sleeves needed to be
changed.  How often??

...on the one hand Mike, your comments are true, but people are VERY
slack about changing the sleeves.  It would be better if the case could
be lit from outside the case.  Remember, light is energy and the greater
distance it has to travel, the more it will dissipate, therefore causing
less damage.
